What should I do in my slip and fall personal injury accident?

I was involved in a slip and fall accident in a supermarket. But my attorney forgot to schedule me an MRI and the insurance company is coming after me. What shall I do?

I'm not sure why your attorney would schedule an MRI as opposed to your family physician and why is your insurance company coming after you? None of this makes sense to me.
